In addition to helping you enroll in health coverage, our Navigators can now screen for and assist with applications for programs that support your everyday needs.

A one-stop shop for public benefits
With Benefits Navigation, you don’t have to figure everything out on your own or visit multiple agencies. We’ll walk you through your options, help you complete applications and follow up so you’re not left wondering what comes next.
Your Navigator can help you:
- Find health coverage through HealthCare.gov or NC Medicaid
- Apply for food assistance through SNAP (Food and Nutrition Services)
- Enroll in WIC for nutrition support for women, infants and children
- Get help with energy bills through the Low Income Energy Assistance Program (LIEAP)
- Explore other benefits you may be eligible for
